Jotme - The next generation ofice solution
Jotme Products
Communication, collaboration and cooperation. These are what make a good idea into a great organisation. Teamwork is the oxygen a business needs. The exchange of ideas, the anticipation of hurdles and the passing on of messages. With a shared calendar, a searchable message board, log board and recorded IM, everyone in your business will be linked and you can even logon to Jotme via the internet. Simply put, Jotme makes synergy a reality.

The Jotme Server   The Jotme Client
Once you have the Jotme server, you will need the other computers on the network to have the software that can connect to the server. This software is called the Jotme client. You could download the Jotme client onto each of the computers but a faster approach would be to download the client into the network's shared folder and either run it from there or copy it onto each computer.
Jotme is an application which links people and therefore runs on a network. For example, if there are five computers in your department and they are all networked, Jotme will run concurrently on all of them. One of the computers will need to be the server. All the other computers will look to the server computer for message, calendar and IM data. The server only needs to be installed onto one computer and all the other computers need only the client.
